Lots of kids and teens have either allowances and or jobs. They also have little to no bills whatsoever. It is almost pure entertainment money. As a population segment they are insanely finacially strong spenders.

Games like movies have ratings on them. Kids cant buy them without parents. And if they are old and responsible enough to have a job then let them shoot some cops in a video GAME.
