I think some work at increasing blood flow to the penis but they are all temporary as far as I know. Plus I don't think fucking with your blood flow can be good for you. Those are the few that do something, the rest that don't do anything will be safe.

There is no possible way a pill that is swallowed can have an increasing effect on the penis.
