I don't use GoDaddy so I don't know how you do that with them. But just like domains, name servers must be registered with the Internic via your registrar. It's a special process, different from registering a domain name. If GoDaddy has some help pages, do a search there for name server registration or something similar. You should find some instructions on how to do that with them. We can register your name servers via our registrar too if you want. Just contact us via ICQ.
