The surrounding area is being built up with LOTS of expensive condos/homes.
Everything in this apartment is extremely brand new and the building is very, very, very well maintained.

Long closet for tons of stuff

I work in the computer industry during the day time and work in the sports industry after hours and weekends.
I work out and I am super active with sports and love to be busy and active.
NOTE: I do have a very well maintatined and trained military like retriever mix here in the house so if you have a cat he may or may not like him/her.
The last roommate I had just left with out paying any rent this month or any of the bills. I am in a crunch to get some one in here ASAP, as of TODAY, 12/01/05.
