Update Regarding Client Affiliate Stats

We wanted to update our Client Affiliates on the status of the Clicks and
Sales Stats for the past few days, and thank them for their patience with
this matter.

Clicks Stats: We have been working to update the reporting of Client
Affiliate stats, dating back to Friday, November 12, at 2 am (Arizona Time).
As we mentioned in previous alerts, this data has continued to be
recorded, it is only the reporting functionality that has been at issue. We
hope to have partial information available within the next few hours for
your view.

Sales Stats: Our Client Support Department has received numerous inquiries
regarding the accuracy of our Client Affiliate sales Stats dating back to
Monday November 8, 2004. In order for us to fully research this data, we
will be required to institute a maintenance of this system and Affiliate
Sales reporting will not be available for the next few hours. This
maintenance will not affect sales transactions, and sales will continue to
be recorded, but not reported to you until the maintenance and research have
been completed.

We will offer an update to this system as soon as these reports are
available for our Client Affiliates.

Once again, thank you to our Client Affiliates for your ongoing patience in
regards to these matters. If you have any questions, please feel free to

I just got plenty of 'A web partner has made a sale' emails, when I went to see the stats there were no referred sales, but 100% our own.

Every time an affiliate loses a sale an angel gets its wings

Okay well we will wait...Just received 5 emails with new sales, when I look, only one chargeback :-)

ditto here. 50 + emails but the stats dont reflect it.

all email are dated 13/11

no offence bill but i find it like a slap in the face when you say "call our support for any issues you may be having" when its not our ends that are having the issues but your service... i have always been fond of ccbill but this last year you have all lacked in the department of informing us the webmaster, both sides from webmaster and affilate end...

keep us updated and let us know whats going on.. i feel like im dealing with ibill with the "things will be resolved shortly" if you honestly dont know say you dont know when it will be fixed..

Affiliate Emails are coming in by the dozens...

I've noticed sales appearing, disappearing and weekly stats disappearing all together. As an affiliate, I don't get emails telling me that I got a sale so I'm 100% in the dark. It's a little nervewracking but I trust that they'll get things straightened out. .

I just checked, i had 6 refunds on 10th of Nov. with one sponsor
