I have been to Vegas many times on crutches. I had been on crutches over 8 years at the time. I would highly suggest a wheelchair and use crutches for short distances. Just walking through a casino can make you incredibly tired plus your arm pits and hands will get very sore especially if you are not used to them. I hope that helps.
