Tell me why you like hosting at Spilt Infinity, or why you don't...

Currently looking into hosts, many have had a lot to offer. But, we are looking for something that fully fits our needs. Split has been overly helpfull and offered to go above and beyond what would be needed, this shows a level of class which I like.

So please tell me about your experience with them, the good and the bad.

Please do not spam your hosting company in here, I have contacted everyone we have interest in, so there is no need to post I can offer you this or that.

That I forgot? I do not see where it mentions who I have currently spoken with. We've spoken with at least 20 different hosts. Have you used split? Do you have anything good or bad to say?

Exactly, support is the number one issue, I am not trying to save 50 bucks a month. My sites are what matter most, and I will pay whatever it takes to ensure I have the best support and service possible.

So far Split has offered to do more then anyone else to suit my needs. That is why I am now seeing what others have to say about using them.

I dont use them because I get a better price with Jupiter. And for support for jupiter, I just have to stand up and holler at JT. So problems get fixed fast for me

But them winning the host of the year 2 yrs running speaks volumes about them.

Don't forget www.DWHS.com we have been doing web hosting before most knew what is was. And still have customers from when we first starting hosting adult back in 2002. In fact customers almost never change companies, they usually leave because they are taking a break or changing careers.

Daily back ups, clustered servers, toll free support, 3 global DNS servers, redundant bandwidth with level3 and Global xing, 2 u aluminum servers for better cooling.

The list goes on and on...

We moved our site and program to Splitinfinity after 3 years of horror stories with useless hosts. They have been awesome for over 1 year for us now, just wish I new about them 4 years ago.

I liked Prodiac, but he doesn't work there anymore. Still not sure what happened with him.

Overall they are great. Been using them for some sites since 98. Really never had any problems, and if I needed anything done they took care of it very quickly.

I seo'd my hair yesterday and today it's pr7!

Never had a problem and support has always been lightning fast even on our crappy $10 virtual there. I have my dedicated elsewhere simply because the pricing was too much for what we wanted at Split but I would trust them with my sites 100%. If I ICQ about anything they respond immediately, I think they all sleep in the office or something.

BTW, everyone always yells webair.

1) Long ass time ago they had a "we will beat anyones offer" promo. Well they didn't.

2) Virtual I had there was the biggest pos ever aside from one other host here. I won't mention that one because everyone is still kissing their ass like it's the best thing since pussy.
