    ways to get rid of anger....

    Ok, had a shitty night today with a friend and have some anger built up, Just some bullshit anger and wanna get rid of it whats some ways you guys use to get rid of anger? im gonna go to the gun range tomo and have fun for a few hours but I cant do that till tomo. so till then what is a good way to relieve anger besides drinkin?
