Exactly, support is the number one issue, I am not trying to save 50 bucks a month. My sites are what matter most, and I will pay whatever it takes to ensure I have the best support and service possible.
So far Split has offered to do more then anyone else to suit my needs. That is why I am now seeing what others have to say about using them.
