$1000 for a computer case just a case!

This case has no fans to cool the cpu and other parts. It uses heat tubes to transfer heat to big heatsinks. I personally don't see how heatsinks alone can cool off a cpu. The heat tubes are still touching the cpu and heat dosen't move in one direction it floats all over the conductive material. People are buying so i guess it may work.

I might have a problem signing a waiver that indemnifies the maker of the case from being sued by me or my "heirs" in the case of paralysis, bodily injury, fractures or even wrongful death resulting from their case:

evidently it's a requirement to order one from their website, is it made of C4?

Probably because there is so many copper heat tubes directly connected to the case a nice hazard for a short. Or maybe the massive heatsink on the outside of the case that can cook your leg if it was under your desk

For such a beast.. i'd think they'd put a more powerful PSU in there... 300w will barely cover the pipes, cpu, hd... ugh.
