DING DING DING... I happen to know the lady in the story. She has a basement full of BDSM furniture and does "sessions". She did take her web site where she promotes paid sessions down but her EmpressM.net site which is a pay site is still up. Funny how the article states that her 2257 is in order. I actually shot some custom content for her and have not given her all the release forms and ID's (YET) since the actors are not paid (YET). the content however is on her site.
If this was about her web site or 2257 stuff (she is a member of the FSC and can not be touched for that at this very moment) then her site would be down.
However, the raid is most likely for prostitution charges , authorities often mix Dommes and pro Dungeons with prostitution . There is no sex in BDSM. If someone wants to get kicked in the nuts for money then let him.
