I've been in streetfights and also have trained in martial arts a good portion of my young adult life. Repeatedly kicking someone who is unconsicious is something that I wouldn't do, but I can safely say that in the times that I had to fight, I did make sure the person was no longer a threat before I turned my back and walked away.
Fighting when you're an adult is pretty stupid regardless... but sometimes inevitable. This guy got knocked out and beat when down... shit, it could have been worse. He could have wound up dead. Maybe next time he'll shut his fucking mouth.
