Kinda odd that she "has all her paper work in order" but doesn't know her fucking amendment rights on illegal search and seizure, gotta love it, there is two sides to this story and most likely she is guilty of some bullshit that's not being reported of..
You really have to be a idiot to let a raid of police come in your house with out seeing a warrant, Because as soon as they say "May i come in?" and you say YES or let them in you wave all rights you have for what ever they find in the fucking house..
