They look similar but they are not word for word copies. With millions and millions of gay websites, I don't understand how you expect your site to look 100% different from all the others.

You can request the guy change it a bit but he could tell you to eat a pussy and your out of luck.
I don't even think you would have a 50/50 chance with a lawsuit.

I'm against mindless idiots who copy but it does look altered enough to count as an orginal site.

BTW the guy who copied your page made changes for the worst. Your design looks much better. Your site lemarx looks professional and the other site looks pretty amateurish in design.

lemarx what sort of results are you getting with the banner exchange program? I'm thinking of using the standard sexswap one. Does the banner exchange actually bring in some traffic or just eat it up?
