We're in the same boat as Choker. I'm working on a number of options, but would love to hear what's out there.

We don't do quite as much CC business as Choker, but we've got a good past history, and a high average transaction amount.

Moneybookers charges 10% for direct CC processing and german bank debit, maybe you can get better rates.

If the buyer gets his CC verified you pay 7% if you use the moneybookers gateway.

Get your customers to open a moneybookers account and you pay nothing beside the 1.80EUR wire fee if you withdraw the money from your account.

No, they don't service adult sites. On it's own, Chokers service would probably qualify, but since there are links to sample galleries they most likely would say no based on the first banned products listing:

you should talk to MVC. as far as i remember they don't call customers from "trusted" countries. and they are good guys. i have set up my new shop with them and they were always extremely helpful.
