The answer is quite simple :
I know in Europe (as I'm European) There's a specific system called e-creditcard (or whatever you want) which allow you to buy something on the internet with a one-time-use credit card number.
It means you can only enter the specific credit card number given by the system to buy one thing at a specific price.
It's for security purpose only, if someone steal your CC number it can not be used again...
So your surfer is suscribing to your website everymonth because you can not rebill him ...Comment
