Maybe he is, but its an age old story that will have the same ending as all the others. Her parents found her pic on the internet, they freaked, she told everyone she was tricked into shooting. Daddy hired a laywer. Lawyer says "what an outrage!" Lawyer takes dads check. Dad feels better, lawyer is richer, in the end, nothing is solved and the bitch didnt learn a thing. When this is all done, if I were the photographer, I would sue for breach of contract. Always good to have this line item in your release. ;)

Then I would take out a billboard on every street corner in her home town with ehr stuff all over it. But yeah, they should not be held responsible for their contracts and what they sign. pffffft!
