aol, ms, earthlink et al. will file suits whenever they need press releases too. there are so many twists and turns in the fine print of the state laws that even benign language could be considered in good faith to be misleading.
the suits will go on and on and foreign governments are starting to cooperate as well.
use your mail management talent to diversify into low risk and you will be successful. the same drive and technical skills that make one a big mailer can be make one #1 on google for example.
