If you are only doing 1mb, you could get away with a virtual dedicated server.

Hi Saint, I wanted to clarify that CandidHosting only bills on outbound traffic. The 2000gb would be monthly average outbound traffic. We do not bill on inbound.
Also, we have many raid configurations available and I could have an admin discuss your specific needs with you.
