What would be fair to pay a Gallery Maker/Submitter per month?

    What would be fair to pay a Gallery Maker/Submitter per month?

    If someone wanted to work on a salary basis, creating 3 galleries per day and submitting all 3 galleries everyday, how much is a fair price for that?

    I have a guy who wants to do that, but I don't know what is fair.

    The gallery templates are already made for him, he just has to cut up the movies, upload them, take screenshots, and then submit.

    Also, what do you think would be fair to pay him per month if all he had to do was just submit the gallery, so I would do all the gallery creation stuff myself?

                      But anybody who knows what they are doing knows they can make more submitting galleries on their own

                              1200/month is MORE then fair to submit 3 premade galleries a day

                              that takes like 15 minutes of work.

                                                  That would depend on how many tgps/mgps he has to hand submit to.....lets say the work takes 3 hours aday and you want him to do it 7 days a week, if you pay him 15 bucks a hour it would be $315 bucks a week, sounds fare to me

                                                          Def matters if they are using your own database with personal accounts. That is the main reason I don't hire other people to do my daily submits. Would be totally different if I knew the person and could trust them or if they had a good general database to go with.

                                                                      Try hiring someone local to do it. Have them do 3-5 galleries per day that shoudl cover them part time atleast.
