Civilians will be getting killed in number regardless. If you were told to stay inside then "inside" started getting bombed regularly and you had nowhere to run, wouldn't you think more about fighting?Originally posted by jimmyf

They said they have precision bombs they will be targetting structures where insurgents are. Only thing is, even though it's accurate within 4 or 5 feet the blast is 100 feet or more. 90,000 civilians are there and they will be dying in swarms.
