      I've seen a ton of cheap ass land on ebay. Really weird if you ask me.

          Their other auctions include "Foreclosure" sales -- this is most-likely one of them. Ever seen those tv commercials with cars that've been seized by the gov't for sale for $200? Same premise

                  It's one mile off the highway via a dirt road. What could you possibly do with it? Unless you want to live in the middle of the desert. Think how much it would cost to get power and utilities to it, if it was even possible.

                      Open up the USA Today and look at the classified section. There is always an advertisement about Arizona ranches for sale. This is an old trick where some company sells plots of worthless land to people from out of state. Remember Florida swamp land?

                      In California you can see TV commericals with Eric Estrada as the pitchman for land that is out in the middle of no-where.

                          If you look really closely there are good deals to be had you just have to make sure that there is power to the land and a well a lot of them don't have them but some do and it's a steal...

                              I think you could easily generate your own power living out there and having the space that you do.

                              I cant see much of a value if there you cannot drill a well
