I hear ya Sleazy, that is why I just hang with my friends because most of my "new friends" are always trying to work an angle so they can get ahead at my expense. Pretty much why I stopped going to shows too for the most part, its like "rent a friend" for a few days and once they get some knowledge you never hear from them again.

i have some GREAT friends from shows that I LOVE hanging around. People that I would take a bullet for. Some have money - some don't - they are just good people. and you often see me with them breaking away from the crowd and going somewhere else. My best friends are in this business.
