On a serious note... Any time ive ever given my 100% it has been completely unappreciated and disregarded.... In some cases it has gotten me in trouble with other co-workers..

At work you only want to give about 35% of your total effort level...

I hate when people say "i will give it 110%".

How can you possibly give 110% ?? Why not 120% then ?? Or 150% ??

See I give 50% and use 25% to manipulate others so at the end of the day I will have taken credit for 60% of the work/ideas from my co-workers and thus delivering you 110%.

What's sad about this is, that this probably was a main lecture for the majority of the lazy intriquing asshats around here.

I'm going to fire two people again at the start of the April, I hope it will have some psychological impact, someone lied to me while looking me straight into the eyes.
