I like Swiss cheese. In fact, Swiss cheese may very well be my favorite of all the cheeses, although it is hard to really say, because I like them all so much and because each cheese has its "food of choice" (as I like to call it). What that means really is that say, American cheese might be really good with a hamburger, but not good on spaghetti. You really have to come up with a system of what works for you and what doesn't.
