Creating 12 unique 'designs' everyday would be quite difficult, especially if they were all for the same site. However, if it was for 12 different sites every day, it would be much easier. Multiple templates for the same site gets kind of tough after a certain amount. It just gets hard to keep them matching the theme or look of the paysite they were pushing while still making each one unique.
If you're just talking the manual labor of populating templates and linking everything, I could teach my grandmother how to do 12 galleries a day like that
