And to be very honest I go to the 18th because I love Chateau Rouge the bargins I can find on african fabrics. The clothing stores are pretty cheap too.
But as for the rest of Paris, I've visted it all! I have friends in the 15th, 12th, 8th, and 16th.
I also spend a fair amount of time en province...
But every nation has it's little "quirks."
And I'm sorry but if you are from North America and used to the Health Inspector Nazis ensuring a resturant meet a certain standard....
You will quickly discover that France by comparison is very "relaxed" in their health standards for commercial food preparation standards.
