    I have an outstanding warrent for my arrest in Ohio - Can I enter the USA?

    I think I have an outstanding warrent for an unpaid fine about 15 years ago in Ohio...

    It was open liquor or being drunk in a public place ...
    can't remember exactly ...

    Would that still be on the books ?
