Fable wasn't a disappointment, it's just not quite as long as it should be, but still great.
Halo 2 has already sold over 1.5 million copies, and that was a report from about 2 weeks ago... so probably more now. And it's not even released yet.
We've already got the office teams made up for it, time to get fraggin! -
Fable was a huge disappointment. The story was almost completely linear, the "groundbreaking innovations" in the game had no impact on actual gameplay, replay value was almost completely absent and the game was much too short.
It was fun, but it lacked all the important characteristics of a good rpg. Morrowind kept me interested and playing for weeks upon weeks, Fable kept my interest for a single weekend.
As for Halo 2 having sold loads of copies already... I don't care how many copies it sells. I care about the actual gameplay. I don't work for MS, I play for fun./(bb|[^b]{2})/Comment

i toned down my anticipation for it because most games recently i have got excited about havent turned out as good as i would have liked them to be.

halo 2 blows ass, took 5hrs to beat on lengandary on co-op and im on the last level now in single player and its about 6hrs into it, you dont even play as halo but maybe 2 missions of the 20missions or so, plus when you start getting in the game, start getting better weapons the game goes to its credits and mentions halo 3Comment

oh and another thing is the multiplayer system link type boards are HUGE i mean huge, so playing with 4 players is out the question, takes forever to find each otherComment

What do you want to know about the game i can tell you, i can tell you the end of the game, the chick that was in the first one like tiana or whatever her name is works with the convent and was really against halo, and it ends by her talking to the convent in person saying as you wish master or something along that line....then it cuts out and the game is over, and that ending isnt until you go through the 15min of creditsOriginally posted by MaskedMan

well the dude on the cover you play as in the first mission, then the secong, cause you start off in your base which is under attack then once you get to the end of the board you see a cut scene of the generals and shit talking to the convent as they are asking for help cause they had a uprising on their end, so it goes back in the game and you are now on their ship walking around trying to take it over, but then it crashes and your stuck on this place that you have to cut the ropes to drop the ship or platform down, then its a cutscene and your now in another ship playing as another convent guy, but this time you are trying to stop it from coming to a planet, after you think you stop it you dont then you go back as that master chief dude and the plane comes into the planet and you ahve to fight them now, it goes back and forthOriginally posted by Manowar

want me to keep going on? You dont have health inthe game, you have a shield once your shield is gone one shot kills youbut your shield recharges in about 10sec on average depending on what you get hit with, the rocket launcher now has a auto lock so no running away from the missles now, the pistol is worthless in this one, the sword is good, prob the best weapon on the game but still takes a couple hits to kill someone, the punch that used to work good int he first one doesnt work now unless you come from behind, just some tips for you so you can whoop ass when ya get it

im not a halo nut so i dont know what the fuking names of the things are, you are the humans and the aliens you are the aliens more then the humans if that makes any more sense to you. Oh and another hint the alien sniper rifle is about 10x better then the human one
