1) Why does wendys not serve breakfast?

I know a Wendy's that does serve breakfast here.. It's the only one I've ever seen though.

burgers are square cause the meat comes in rolled up sheets, and the machine in the back cuts out i believe 12 patties at a time from the sheets, that way there is no scrap
