I turned away 2 big clients at the last minute because I was told there was simply no way I could get them in. Turning those clients away has possibly cost me tens of thousands a month in potential revenue. Then we go to the Mansion and some guy who just waits around long enough gets an invite?? That's bullshit.
I was quite happy with the party and had a great time, but to hear all this stuff now is certainly not making me feel good about the amount of money I spent for an "exclusive" event.

I think crashing that party is a real scum thing to do ... I waited till the last minute to hit up guys that i work with and they had to turn me away for the same reason you had to turn away others. from what i understand a few guys didn't even hand in the lists on time so they made a stand by list (I'm not sure if just anyone could get on the list but I'm sure if you went to lens or Eric they would have put your clients on. I went to lens and being that i have purchased ad space in the past and do sponsor some events he put me on the list. I did see lots of guys get turned away. Webair had someone that was on there list bail and they asked Eric to give me there ticket. I'm sure your request would get first billing over someone else on the stand by list ...
