NAACP is being investigated by the IRS for Bush remark

    http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/nation...ug=NAACP%20IRS

'For an organization to keep its tax-exempt status, "leaders cannot make partisan comments in official organization publications or at official organizational functions," according to an Oct. 8 letter to the NAACP from the IRS office in Louisville, Ky.'

So how in the hell can all these churches get away with endorsing Bush. Why isnt Falwell being investigated?

For the same reason that African American churches that endorsed Kerry aren't.....because they operate under a different set of rules in the IRS codes.
