My friend in college was from there and I used to go home with him a lot. It was an okay town. They have the Arsenal there and all the aerospace/NASA stuff. I think UNA is supposed to be okay, too. I think they have a big nursing program. I'd go to West FL before UNA, though.
I went to Auburn and we had a lot of people who transferred in from Troy, as well. It's about that same size as the ones you're looking at.War National Damn Champions EagleComment

yea i'm look at U of West Florida and some in 'Bama like UAH(Huntsville), U Auburn Montgomery, Mobile, and Montevallo. I'm transfering again to play soocer again. I was near Tampa playing. thanks for all/any infoComment

UAM is a pretty good school. Montgomery is only about 45 mins from Auburn so we used to go there a lot. Parts of the city are really shitty and nowhere you'd want to live, though. USA is a great school. I'd pick it out of the three. Montevallo is basically in Birmingham so you're close enough to enjoy big city benefits. The lady who works for my Mom has a daughter who went there on a volleyball scholarship. Lot of fluff chicks there if you like that sort of thing, lol.Originally posted by GirlNinja
