I have to wait wait wait wait..and sometimes they vanish for days. Don't do changes that need to be done in order for something to work..and more and more I'm leaning towards doing everything myself, as I know how to design + code. It takes a LOT longer, but atleast then I can't blame anyone aside from myself.

He completed a project in time, and managed to even do changes I asked on the final day before delivery. He rocks. I wish everyone had his workmoral, designers and coders alike. Stop being lazy fucks and do what you're asked to do. Goddamnit. Silvertab just earned a recurring customer, me. I also recommend him to anyone looking for any PHP-shit to do.
