I cannot eat icecream that is so full of air... I hated blue bell and thought the Texans has lost their mind when it came to that garbage..stick to bar-b-q. I used to work in a small restaurant in Austin and we made our own icecream. Was interesting to see how its made and how to make good thick hard ice cream has alot to do with not mixing it with alot of air.
I will take my Hagan Daaz anyday of the week..
