I used them a long long time ago and they sucked big time, but mine wasn't dedicated. But I'll say my site was down too often. -
Stay away from CI Host. They ripped me off a long time ago, providing horrible support, down times were long, and they provide no refunds.Make Levees, Not WarComment

Overselling is one of the big problems with cut rate dedicated hosts. They cram a bunch of servers onto a little bit of bandwidth and start selling like mad.
A lot of people here base their business on hosting. I wouldn't be comfortable basing my income on a cut-rate provider; not just because they're cheap, but because of what they have to do in order to be cheap.

I just started using them and their tech support has actually been awesome. They loaded all the pre-reqs for Comus for me for free during setup and always respond to tickets within an hour or so. I've called tech support well after midnight for minor questions and always got a live person after the first few rings. I asked for admin time yesterday to have some loaf Chilisoft for me for asp support on Unix and they got it done within hours.Originally posted by Bigwilly

Furthermore, I was having an issue today concerning asp includes which I posted on gfy - to no avail. I requested admin time(which is normally $150/hr) from cihost in order to get it resolved. Turns out it was an issue with their install so I was not charged and they resolved the problem within minutes....see below.
"There was a problem in the configuration of chilisoft ASP that was not allowing parent paths (the ../). I corrected this and it is now working normally. Since this was a configuration change on the original Admintime request, there is no additional charge for this."
Still impressed with cihost.
Just for the record: I was with webair for 2 days(6 months ago) and dropped for connection speed issues; I was with adulthosting.com and completly happy with their shared accounts but they couldn't compete once I had to switch to dedicated.Comment
