I'm a firefox user .. issues I describe might not apply to IE..
The borders around the thumbs are hideous. When I mouseover on the main graphic I also get a very annoying border which actually causes the image to shift a little.
Asthetically ..
The 'bonus' gallery thumbs are way too big. Even for banners, they should not completely hide the top row of thumbs in the hof. This is for a practical reason... the surfer will see the banners, will recognize them as banners and won't click on any thumbs. It will inhibit the site's growth if it relies on traffic trades.
I'd personally take them out all together .. but if the webmaster wants to keep them they should be way smaller.
Aside from that the banners throughout the site need to be removed. All the links at the bottom of the site (while not so important because they're at the bottom) are still a big turn off for a surfer.
I'd also take out the text links to galleries, but that's just personal taste. I'd rather surfers click on toplist links to send productive clicks to trades rather than on gallery text links. But each webmaster has their own taste there.

Many FireFox users have said this to me as well. It's obviously a CSS issue and I'm not sure if IE or FireFox hasn't implemented the CSS standards correctly, but it displays fine for me in IE. Wonder if there's a quick-fix out there to solve this besides removing the styles.
I'm not a big fan of huge top thumbs but that's the way he has his sites setup. The bottom of the TGP (like many others I've seen) looks cluttered to me, perhaps if that was all organized in another table it would be better?
Lose the bevel. It screams : "Hey, I just got photoshop and found this cool tool"
Use contrasting colors. Monochrome is a great look if you actually know design. Your choice of colors for the header and text in the table graphics is really ugly and blends in too much with the bg.
Those giant thumbs on top of the site will KILL the productivity, and on that same line of thinking, the header is also much bigger than it needs to be.
I like your idea with the boxes and labels but the colors are wrong. Pink doesn't fit in a warehouse theme, but if the client wants pink then try some variations to make the logo pop a bit more. It's just too flat.

Thanks for the insight on the bevel, I'll look into a better approach next go-around.
My client wanted a creamy pink / maroon scheme so that's what I came up with.. hard to work with those colors on a "warehouse" themed site.
The thumbs on top, in my opinion, are wasted space. Maybe they'll get clicks but I think traffic trades coming from click on other sites will close almost instantly at the sight of them.
Dynamix, Look man I don't have any people on this board or any other that I hate or have the urge to bash when I see there name. I have held back more than a few times, (I am not a drama person) but yet I feel fucked every time I see your name.
I know you have your side of the story but yet I have mine!
The banners that you said you sent never came, really they never did! All your other e-mails that you sent came though just fine so, I don't know...
I now do not need the banners because I had someone else make them, but yet I need stuff for other projects.
Would like to put you back on the list of people to use.

What can we do to make this right?
Hey bro, contact me on ICQ (#250 142 484 if you no longer have it) and we'll work out some sort of a deal in payment for the banners. My apologies again on the banners.

I agree with you 100% on that, it's always best to get the thumb blocks up as high as you can.
