The only time i get a tad annoyed is when people ASSUME i am content or the receptionist. Never assume it only makes an ass out of u and me!
I am the webmaster for all of our sites. I started doing this when i was 19 ... making money off of AVS sites. I think i have earned where i have gotten because i have worked so hard for it. I think for the most part men recoginse this. I think the ones who don't, won't recognise it in anyone because their head is up their ass =)
I have to say love this business - the good, the bad and the ugly!

i will say this, kim is one lady would COULD use appearance to her advantage but MOST people in this biz got to know her online and on the phone on their accounts BEFORE seeing her in person - her rep is on her abilities and not appearance.Originally posted by Kimmykim

It's pretty simple... I don't really think it's got all that much to do with shallow, since the females in this business that can get things done are respected for that in most cases.
Sometimes its good to be a girl, you get the chance to sneak in under the radar and learn as much as you can about the business without people expecting you to know it all. Then by the time you learn a ton of stuff and start making things happen, it's all good.
For me personally, I don't care if someone is man, woman, or goat. If they can do what they say they will, more power to them.
