you have a much better ratio than i do for paid sales, i am 1:32 for emails but 1:99 for paid

however 1:99 is not a ratio based off of hits it is based off of email joins, so my ratio is screaming high lol

You get paid based on what the person under you gets paid on. If they get paid per email, so do you.

i was thinking i wasnt seeing any affiliate paid signups because i am on the email plan, but i guess its because they are either also on the email plan, or just arent making paid signups

That's exactly right. You earn 5% of whatever the reffered affiliate earns.
