The two incidents that I know of, noone was ever caught, but the person had other people around them, so nothing happened either. I don't want to think about what MAY have happened.
You're right, I don't think it's a BIG problem, but one that women should certainly be aware of. It's not my place to say who it was, and without the person being caught, it'd be pointless anyways.
