The bonus payout is $15 more than your usual payout rate (software sites excluded). $55 is the top rate, which would be for sales sent to the standard, popup-enabled tours, and at the sales volume required to qualify for our usual top payout of $40/signup (that threshold is 150 signups per pay period).
So, if your account is normally paid at $35 per signup, you will be paid $50. Our standard rate for sales sent to console-free tours is $30, so those will be paid at $45/signup.
As for having sent 0 sales between 10/1 and 10/15, so long as you had an active TopBucks account as of the 10/1 - 10/15 pay period, though, having sent 0 sales through that account does not disqualify you from receiving the bonus.

The bonus is for the increase in signups; so, if you send 1 signup again, that signup will be paid at your usual rate of $35. Any sales you send beyond that will be paid at the bonus rate of $50 per signup, and we will pay up to 200 signups at the bonus rate for each webmaster/account.Originally posted by SKULL
