    OK, I've been sitting on these domains for over a year, now.

    I still have not done a damn thing with them. I have all kinds of cool ideas for both domains but I never seem to have the time to work on them. I am open to suggestions/motivation. I like these domains way too much to let them expire but apparently not enough to put in the sweat necessary to develop them.

    Cocktoberfest.com - I see a lot of great possibilities for this one. I think this could go straight or gay but I see it as a straight party site.

    Manuary.com - I swear, if there is no gay event called Manuary, there ought to be. "Starting New Year's day, join us for the week-long Manuary celebration!"

    I really want to do something with these domains. Someone must have a great idea for them.

                          I would keep Cocktoberfest.com, the ideas are endless in the gay arena.

                          As for the other one I would keep it and do a low end idea for testing, then bust out with Cocktoberfest.

                          But I see alot of money in getting that type of site launched

                              Thank you, you seem to see it the way I do. The thing is, I've been twiddling my thumbs on both of these domains for over a year. I really don't like having them sitting around going to waste. I need motivation or a partner or some sort of deal that will allow for someone else to develop them. I'm not in a hurry to sell either domain because as you said, they have great potential. Still, If someone makes an attractive offer, I'd rather profit from them than have them sit around doing nothing.

                                  I have domains that I have been sitting on for a long time and some new ones that I know I will not make into anything for a while.

                                  As for a partner GOOD LUCK... I have been in the search for someone as well but no one wants to for what ever reasons.
                                  Alot of it I think is money...everyone wants in but doesn't want to spend money. Need to spend to make money...

                                  Or it's like, OK I'm in but I don't want to put in any money, but when it gets going I want half the income.
