Personally, I hope Arafat dies.
His death will most likely mean Hamas will finish off his Palestinian Authority and take over power. No one else than Arafat can stop them.
Anyone in the know or doing a degree in Strategic Studies knows Arafat did more to put terrorists behind bars than the Israeli Defence Force.

None, that's my point. If you think Arafat is bad, then Hamas is 100x worse. Just as terrorists are 100x worse than Saddam. Both Saddam and Arafat are secular, they usually don't bring religion into politics. No sharia law, no retarded laws. Sure I'd like to see away with Arafat but that'll mean the terrorists will fill his shoes, just as terrorists have poured into Iraq once Saddam was removed. Saddam was in power for decades and his name sent shivers down the spin of every terrorist worldwide because he did not let a single one of them in Iraq survive, they are all presecuted and executed because they posed a threat to his hold on power. Same with Syria today. The Syrian government isn't really concerened with US/UK invasion, they are concerend with the Islamists who are starting to become a threat to the secular Ba'athist government.
I'd love to see the religious-terrorists and secular-terrorists die and lose power with democracy to replace them but its not as simple or quick as the US government and neo-converservatives say.
