I used to take the read Xenadrine before they yanked the Ephedrine out of it. It would honestly make a huge differnence. After I took off the first 20 lbs I could run farther and felt better doing it. Then the winter came and I got lazy.

Do Stacker 3's have Ephedrine in them again?

And how about that Hoodia Gordonii anyone notice it help? Or are the pills a placebo?

Sometimes you need the source and not the product to get the result and the pills of Hoodia may not be anywhere near as chemically effective as the plant.
