That depends on your definition of "good".

Bondage:
If you mean "site quality" - there is only one or two sites left that ever were any good to start with. Wasteland, and Bondage.com

These two were started and run by people who actually created them from a "lifestyle" perspective and not just for the income.

Pretty much everything else out there run by the big proggys is pure horseshit. It's is pretty much all "shock value" sadism posted by people who don't have a clue what bondage is all about.
