yea you will be ok but right when you first wake up, you may still feel really groggy/disoriented

          Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
          When feelings go, theres suicide.

depends on what they are. sominex will lave you groggy. Ambien will likely leave you in good shape.

The dosage a doctor gives you of sleeping pills is just what would be considered safe for all patients. Don't worry about it. It'll work much better if you take 3-5 times the dosage on the bottle.

Sleeping pills actually cause your body to store water, which will make you feel extremely bloated in the morning. Force your body to dehyrade just slightly by chasing the pills with a half a bottle to a full bottle of wine.

You should be good as gold for the test tomorrow. Good luck!
