You should have went to http://www.luxurychair.com/ , that's where I got mine from. $599 for a fully loaded

I also got Posture Fit, quite nicer than the Lumbar Support.

After a bit of research, we opted for the Leap Chair from Steelcase. Haven't tried the Aeron, so I can't offer any direct comparisons. However, everyone here (including the non-enthusastic folks) noticed a big difference in the level of comfort compared to our old (boring) chairs. Check out the adjustability as well; it's quite amazing what a good chair can do. Just another alternative if anyone needs one

the aeron is amazing for one and hell for the other, they sell them used 1 yr old for $1500 here, the new ones are a lot more... wish I could try it somewhere..

One more thing to add Morgan.

Order the Aeron with the higher back that supports the shoulders. I've found it was more comfortable for me to lean back in than the lower back ones.

The aeron is kind of hard to lean back in...i'm like 175...if you're like 200-250 it shouldn't be too bad...

I got the Aeron, had someone come and fit it for me. It was an OK chair, and I think it works very well for the desk jockey/ office type. Personally, I got rid of it and got a felt covered chair from staples instead.

I can honestly say I understand why people like it, but when I am working I take my shoes off and sit on my feet (yes weird I know, but I like it). The aeron doesn't really work for that heh. But the staples one is AWESOME for that.
