Dave, I have been a pro shooter, still and video since 1991.
The first question I always ask a model, is how old are you. Yje second question is, do you have your ID with you?
I have never shot a model under the age of 18 for my site, or any other site. I send twenty something year old models away for not having the right ID. I am a guest speaker at 2257 compliance seminars.
Why don't you post where you got this stunning info from!
I have never even had anybody question the legality of my models. I have over 300 legal models in my archives, why the hell would I risk all that to put an illegal one up there?
The only thing I ever say to 16 year olds is, yes, I will have fries with that.
