I always thought webair was on top of things because I got the impression they are a huge company and I never heard any bad talk about them on GFY. They did give me a good price, but if the support is not there then I am losing money and I would rather pay the extra bucks to have support.
My pop3 mail is still not working after 2 weeks when they say it works fine.... I am able to send out but not receive... I thought it would be something so simple. Maybe I ask for too much...
