I love Hot Movies (see sig). I have used them for over a year and am very happy with them. They convert great and pay like clock work.
I do, however, plan to start using AEBN on a new site so as to not have all my eggs in one basket.
I joined Videosz for a month to check it out before promoting it and it is a great program. It seems like it should convert better than it does.
